Middle Eastern Town,Photo-shoot.

Buoyed up with enthusiasm for my new Middle Eastern Town,I took myself off into the garage, armed with my camera, and the following was the result!!

Moorish/El Cid types.

Egyptian colonial types...................

Ancient Egyptian types.....................

Ubiquitous Roman types!.......................

British colonial types.......................

Western Desert tank types!!....................

Eastern Women-folk in camp types!......................

Embellishments,Temple/Mosque types............................

Embellishments,Church types,..........................

Embellishments,Plastic Duck types!!-courtesy of the wife-Ha Bloody Ha!!
Apart from the hilarious last use for this Town,I can see it being used for quite a few scenarios and covering a multitude of Periods.

  1. Cracking use of a piece of junk. The church picture really looks like a Coptic monastery. I really like these cash saving ventures.

    1. Hi Springinsfeld-I like your use of the words "cash saving ventures",much more sophisticated than "mean old sod!!"

  3. It works really well.
The duck could signify a plague, of Biblical proportions! There is a joke about 'quacking mad' in there somewhere...

  4. York: Yes, I'll see you there. I'm going to be around for most of the day. The meet up of people I mentioned previously will happen at 12:00 (Noon) at the Pendraken Miniatures stall - Its a gathering of Pendraken Forum members who are going to have their photo taken with Leon and Dave Pengilley. Some of the Redcar Ironbeards will be among us, so if you know Ian etc. it should be easy to find us.
