A fitting memorial for Charlie will be held at his old place of residence,on 28th June at 3.00 pm,the address is Linskill Park,Linskill terrace,North Shields,NE30 2BF-I hope to see a good turnout,to say farewell to this Wargames Legend .

Very sad , but it comes to us all. One of the First . I will try to get along .
ReplyDeleteCharlie was a great writer and a real thinking wargamer. He was actually well ahead of many of the other pioneers in his ideas. Sad to say never met him, but I would say he was a scholar and a gent. R.I.P.
