Steel Fist Miniatures.

I received,in the post,today 12 ECW  15mm.


cavalry figures from a company called Steel Fist Miniatures.Whilst I appreciated the gesture ,I didn't order these figures nor do I need/want them!

As I haven't heard of this manufacturer,I went onto the internet,and found they do a range of 25mm and 15mm figures,funded by something called "Kickstarter"-can anyone enlighten me about Steel Fist?

The figures are "true" 15mm and have a fair bit of detail-any info?

Apologies for the out-of-alignment text-bloody computer!!!

    Hi John. Sorry it’s given you grey hairs. I got them for you as thought there was a gap in your collection for that rarest of ECW breed cuirassiers. Enough in the pack to add a unit to both sides. But no sweat if you don’t want them, pop them to one side and I’ll pick them up when I finally get up North. Cheers Chris :)

    Phew I thought I was in bother! No mate. I’ve never bought from them though their figures are lovely. I’m an avid Kickstarter user, saw these and thought of you. Knowing you had no cuirassiers thought I’d do a little to help Steel Fist launch the range and fill that gap in your collection. True 15mm? Does that mean they’re small compared to your other figures? Ironic if your super cavalry are children on ponies 🤣

      Yo Chris,don't know what Kickstarter is,but will investigate.The figures blend in quite well with Warrior-maybe a "tad" smaller,but the difference is negligible-many thanks.

    You don’t need Kickstarter in your life! It’s crowd funding for projects. You pledge money to the project and get rewards back if the funding is successful. It’s addictive

      Pretend I never mentioned Kickstarter. I’ve had one bloke not deliver on a couple of Kickstarters and it generates a lot of anger 🤬

    I ordered a couple of bags of foot some time ago, and mine arrived this weeks as well... I would say size'wise they are small 15's.. compared to Minifigs/Peter Pig slightly smaller.. in their own unit no issue.. and they are lovely sculpts..

      Hi STW-yes they are a bit small compared to my Warrior figures,but,as you say,blend in ok in their own units-thanks.
